An order is only considered confirmed once we have successfully received and processed your payment and issued an order confirmation.

We encourage you to double-check your cart, shipping details, and payment information before finalizing checkout. Cancellation requests can generally only be honored if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage.

All returns, exchanges, and refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer free returns within a 30-day window, and approved refunds are processed within 4 to 6 business days.

By placing an order, you confirm that the items are being purchased for your own personal or household use, and not with the intent to resell, redistribute, or export them commercially.

Product prices, discount codes, and promotional offers displayed on our site may change at any time without advance notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment your order is placed.

Our accepted payment method is exclusively Stripe. When making a purchase, you agree to supply accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment and billing information. By submitting payment, you confirm that your payment details are accurate, your card issuer or payment provider will honor the transaction, and you agree to pay the full amount due.

We offer free shipping all over the Netherlands. Orders require a handling time of 1-2 business days, followed by a transit time of 3-4 business days, for a total shipping time of 4-6 business days. Any delivery windows shown on our website are estimates and real-world transit times can shift due to carrier scheduling or severe weather. Everything that makes up our Services belongs to sanidirectholding, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use our Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Our store runs on WordPress, using the WooCommerce plugin. However, any purchase you make is a transaction between you and Sanidirect Holding B.V. directly. Platform providers bear no responsibility for any loss or damage connected to products purchased from us.

Any personal information collected through our Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to the privacy practices of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Stripe.

If you send us feedback or reviews, you grant sanidirectholding a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and publish that content without obligation to compensate you. You alone are responsible for what you submit and must ensure it does not infringe on someone else’s rights or contain unlawful material.
